HISTORY: On August 12, 2006 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas WBC heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman defended his title against an old foe, Oleg Maskaev. Maskaev had knocked Rahman out seven years earlier and in this fight he again stopped Rahman, in the 12th round, to win the title.
