ROBINSON, SUGAR RAY-ARMAND VANUCCI ON SITE POSTER (1963)

On October 14, 1963 at the Palais Des Sports in Paris, France, Sugar Ray Robinson won a unanimous ten round decision over French middleweight Armand Vanucci. Presented here is a rare on site poster from this event.
This colorful on site poster pictures both fighters. The poster is paper measuring 15 1/2" x 22." The poster has its original folds. There is a small seam tear on the left border with no paper loss. Some very minor soiling and a small spot in the lower left corner. Bold color. Extremely rare, the only example we have seen.
