On June 14, 1991 at the Arco Arena in Sacramento, California world welterweight champion Loreto Garza defended his title against former lightweight champion Edwin Rosario. Rosario dominated and stopped Garza in the 3rd round to win the title. Offered here is an original credential used to gain admittance to the arena.
