HISTORY: On September 26, 1932 at the Madison Square Garden Bowl in Long Island City, New York heavyweights Max Schmeling and Mickey Walker battled in the main event of an important division contest. Schmeling, who lost his title to Jack Sharkey in his previous bout, emerged victorious stopping Walker in the 8th round. Jack Kearns, Walker's manager, signaled Referee Denning to stop the bout. The bout was postponed from the original date of September 19, 1932. Offered here is a rare full ticket for this event.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This full ticket is printed on heavy stock and pictures and names the fighters. Has two small hole punches. Has a tear and crease in lower left corner. Piece is still there and reinforced on the back with tape. Edge and corner wear. Images are sharp. Ornate back. Clean front and back. 2 3/4" x 7."
