HISTORY: Mike Tyson fought Michael Spinks on June 27, 1988 in Atlantic City at the Trump Plaza. This was a much anticipated bout as both men had a claim to the world heavyweight title. Tyson demolished Spinks and knocked him out in the 1st round to win the undisputed heavyweight title.
