On August 20, 1989 at The Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia hometown world lightweight champion Pernaell Whitaker defended his title against two time champion Jose Luis Ramirez. Whitaker outboxed Ramirez and won a 12 round unanimous decision. Offered here is a very scarce souvenir pin for this event.
