Lou Woods was a middleweight fighter from Detroit who fought between 1941 and 1950. He compiled a record of 39-10-0. He fought some of the best middleweights in the world including George Costner, Jake LaMotta, Tony Zale and Sugar Ray Robinson. Sgt. Lou Woods was a Camp Grant, IL, Army boxing instructor during World War II. Offered here is an original exhibit card of Lou Woods.
