HISTORY: On February 25, 1964 Cassius Clay fought Sonny Liston for the World Heavyweight Title. Clay won the title from Liston after Liston retired in the 7th round citing an injured shoulder. After this fight Clay changed his name to Muhammad X and then Muhammad Ali. It was the Ring Magazine 1964 Fight of the Year. Offered here is an original, full Working Press ticket which was used as an admission ticket to the arena. Authenticated by PSA/DNA.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, full, Working Press ticket. Bold color and print. Stub firmly attached. Includes wrist string. Printed on ticket, "THIS IS YOUR ADMISSION TICKET." Includes a section, row and seat number. Clean front and back. Not creased or torn. Minor edge wear. Extremely rare. 3 1/8" x 6 1/4." Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA and graded VG-EX 4 and Full with cert # 30679403. Rare.
