On October 2,1939 Fred Apsotoli met Ceferino Garcia for the NYSAC Middleweight Title. Garcia would win the bout by KO in the 7th round. Apostoli was knocked down three times in the 7th round. The referee waved the count off at "2" on the final knockdown. Presented here is an original, full, unused ticket to this event.
This is an original, full, unused ticket which names the fighters and includes a section, row and seat number. Clean. Has paper on the back from being mounted in an album. Not creased or torn, but does have a few minor surface compressions. 2 1/4" x 6."
