Joe Louis fought Max Baer on September 24, 1935 at Yankee Stadium. Louis knocked Baer out in the 4th round. Presented here is an original wirephoto from the end of this fight. Also pictured is Jack Dempsey congratulating Joe Louis. Dempsey had acted as Baer's second during this fight. It is an International News Photo.
This original wirephoto of the Louis-Baer bout is 8" x 10." There are creases along the edges of the photo. There is a small rip along the left edge and in the lower left corner. Clean image.
