REID, AL SIGNED PROMOTIONAL PHOTO

Al Reid (born 1/28/1915) was a featherweight contender who fought from 1935-1941 amassing a record of 57-30-13. He fought many leading contenders of the time including Sal Bartolo, Chalky Wright, Maxie Shapiro, Mike Belloise, Beau Jack and Leo Rodak. Presented here is a signed promo photo of Al Reid.
Al Reid has boldly signed this 3 3/4" x 8" photo in black ink. He has inscribed it to Little Jack Sharkey, "To Jack Sharkey Jr Best Wishes From Al Reid." There is a vertical crease along the right side of the photo and the corners are slightly soft. No rips or tears. Clean signature.
