On May 16, 1955 World Heavyweight Champion, Rocky Marciano, defended his title against Don Cockell in San Francisco. Marciano battered Cockell from start to finish en route to a stoppage in the 9th round. Presented here is a rare oversized original wire photograph depicting action in bout.
