This contract signed by Goddard measures 8 inches by 8 7/8 inches.There are 3 heavy folds in the contact and 2 small brown spots on th e;eft hand side.There is a pin hole at the top.The contract is mounted at the top to cardboard to protect it.There is a bold signature in ink of Goddard at the bottom.
