LEONARD, SUGAR RAY-TOMMY "HITMAN" HEARNS SOUVENIR PENNANT (1981)

On September 16, 1981 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada welterweight champions Sugar Ray Leonard and Tommy "Hitman" Hearns fought in a title unification bout. In an outstanding fight named, "Fight Of The Year For 1981" by Ring Magazine Sugar Ray Leonard rallied and stopped Hearns in the 14th round. Offered here is an original souvenir pennant from this event.
This is an original two sided pennant. On the reverse is printed information for a concert by Earth, Wind & Fire on November 17, 1981. Small tack holes in corners. Bold color and print with sharp images. Pennant has a number of folds. Generally clean. 28 1/2" long.
