LABARBA, FIDEL & WIFE ANTIQUE PHOTOGRAPH (1928)

Fidel La Barba was born on September 29, 1905 in New York City, N.Y. He defeated Elky Clark on January 21, 1927 to win the World Flyweight Title. He retired after defeating Mose Butch on February 13, 1933 with a final record of 73-15-7 with 16 KO's. Presented here is an antique wirephoto of Fidel LaBarba and his future wife Marion De Beck.
