Joe Louis fought Billy Conn on June 18, 1941 in New York City. Louis knocked Conn out in the 13th round to retain his World Heavyweight Title. Presented here is an antique wire photo from this bout.
This antique wire photo from the first Louis-Conn bout is 6 1/2" x 8 1/2." There are small creases in the corners and along the edges. There is some light wear along the edges. No rips or tears.
