Michael Grant fought Thomas Williams on July 5, 2002 at Menominee Outdoor Park in Wisconsin in an exhibition match. This was first scheduled as a regular fight, but coverted to an exhibition when a question arose about Williams being possible involved in some questionable fights. Grant knocked Williams out in the third round. Presented here is an original, on site poster from this bout.
