On January 27, 1954 at Miami Stadium in Miami, Florida light heavyweight champion Archie Moore defended his title against former champion Joey Maxim. Moore won a decisive 15 round unanimous decision. Maxim was knocked down in the 8th and 11th rounds. Offered here is a very scarce, original Pabst Blue Ribbon advertising poster for this event.
