On December 14, 1973 at Madison Square Garden in New York heavyweights Jerry Quarry and Earnie Shavers met in an important divisional fight. Quarry upset Shavers stopping him in the very first round. The fight was originally scheduled for July 25, 1973 and was postponed. Offered here is an original, on site poster for this event.
