Joe Louis was Heavyweight Champion of the World longer than any other man. Best remembered for his historic fights with Max Schmeling, Billy Conn, Jersey Joe Walcott and Jimmy Braddock. Offered here is an original U.S. Army exhibition program held at Camp Polk, Louisiana which featured Sergeant Joe Louis, Corporal Sugar Ray Robinson, and Private Jackie Wilson entertaining the troops during World War II.
This is an original, 4 page, paper official program which lists all bouts including these three champions. Not scored. Has clear tape reinforcing the spine. Mild creasing. Generally clean. Minor closed tears at top border. 5 1/2" x 8 1/2."
