HISTORY: On April 6, 1931 at the Auditorium in Sioux City, Iowa Max Schmeling boxed in an exhibition with his two sparring partners, Ken Austin and Big Boy Stemmerman. This was part of a Midwest tour of the United States by Schmeling which culminated with his fight against Young Stribling in Cleveland on July 3, 1931.
