Jersey Joe Walcott was born on January 31, 1914 in Merchantville, N.J. He won the World Heavyweight Title from Ezzard Charles on July 18, 1951. He retired after being knocked out by Rocky Marciano for the Heavyweight Title on May 15, 1953. His final record was 50-18-1 with 30 KO's. Presented here an original photo.
