HISTORY: On May 15, 1963 at the North Dade Junior-Senior High in North Miami Florida an Athletic Banquet was held to honor their 1962-63 athletes. Rising heavyweight star and future world heavyweight champion Cassius Clay was brought in to be the guest speaker at the event.
Offered here is a rare, original program for this event which names Cassius Clay as The Speaker and which has been signed on the cover by Cassius Clay and inside the program by Rudolph Clay. Authenticated by JSA.
FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, 4 page program which names Cassius Clay as The Speaker on page 2. Boldly signed in ink on the cover, "From Cassius Clay." Signed on page 3 in ink, "To Mclleod Best of Luck Always Sincerely Yours Rudolph Valentino Clay 1963." Tight binding. Not creased or torn. Spot stains on covers and page 2. 5" x 6 1/2." Authenticated by JSA and comes with their full letter with cert # ZZ63016.
