Oscar de la Hoya was born on February 4, 1971 in East Los Angeles, California. He won the Olympic Gold Medal in 1992 in the lightweight division. He won the IBF Lightweight Title in 1995 and the WBC Super Lightweight Title from Julio Cesar Chavez in 1996. In 1997 he defeated Pernell Whitaker to win the WBC Welterweight Title. Presented here is a signed boxing glove by Oscar DeLaHoya (circa 1992). This is a left handed red leather boxing glove with a gold EVERLAST label at the wrist. It is in fine condition. It has been signed across the backhand in thin black sharpie, "Oscar DeLaHoya Olympic Gold '92." There are very few vintage gloves from the early portion of De La Hoya's career on the market. This is a beauty! 13" long.
