HISTORY: On December 12, 1998 at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City lightweights Ivan Robinson and Arturo Gatti battled for the second time. Gatti lost their first meeting by split decision and could not figure Robinson out in this one either dropping a unanimous ten round decision. On the undercard Fernando Vargas stopped Yory Boy Campas in the 7th round and Vernon Forrest stopped Ed Griffin in the 2nd round.
