HISTORY: On March 7, 1947 at Madison Square Garden in New York middleweights Artie Levine and Herb Kronowitz battled in the featured bout. Levine won a unanimous ten round decision. Kronowitz had an advantage in the first three rounds, but a solid right hand to the jaw from Levine in the 4th round, turned the fight in Levine's favor the remainder of the bout.
