HISTORY: On December 6, 1969 at the International Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas heavyweights Sonny Liston and Leotis Martin met for the vacant NABF title. Martin prevailed knocking Liston out in the 9th round. On the undercard future heavyweight champion George Foreman knocked out Bob Hazelton in the first round.
