HISTORY: On October 2, 1976 at the Sports Arena in Los Angeles flyweights Alfonso Lopez and Guty Espadas battled in the featured bout. Espadas stopped Lopez in the 13th round. Also on the show in a lightweight bout Rafael "Bazooka" Limon knocked out Teru Noji in the 2nd round and in a bantamweight bout Lupe Pintor stopped Jose Antonio Rosa (a replacement for Andres Hernandez) in the 6th round.
