HISTORY: On May 15, 1953, postponed from April 10th, at Chicago Stadium heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano defended his title against the man he had taken it from eight months earlier, Jersey Joe Walcott. Walcott was winning the first fight before being stopped late, but in this rematch it was all Marciano who stopped Walcott in the very first round.
