MOORE, ARCHIE SIGNED EXHIBIT CARD (TO TRAINER BUDDY EY)
Archie Moore was born on December 13, 1913 in Benoit, Mississippi. He won the World Light Heavyweight Title on December 17. 1952 from Joey Maxim. He fought on several occasions for the World Heavyweight Title but was never successful. He retired after an exhibition match with Nap Mitchell on August 27, 1965 with a final record of 183-22-9 with 129 KO's and 1 no contest. Presented here is a signed exhibit card of Archie Moore to trainer Buddy Ey. This is an original blank backed exhibit card. Signed on the front in ink, "To Buddy Ey A great guy Arch Moore '88." No creases or tears. Clear image. Minor edge and corner wear. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2."
