HISTORY: On April 16, 1971 at the Armory in Paterson , New Jersey heavyweight contender and future referee Randy Neumann fought Tony Norris in a featured match. Neumann won a ten decision. Also on the show heavyweight Roberto Davila won a ten round decision over Charles Harris.
