Bob Pastor (January 26, 1914 – January 26, 1996) born Robert E. Pasternak, was a prominent American boxer. He was a top-ranked Heavyweight of the 1940's who once challenged for the world title, losing to Joe Louis. In addition to fighting Louis twice Pastor also fought Billy Conn, Gus Nevich, Jimmy Bivins and Tami Mauriello. He retired with a fine record of 53-7-5. Pastor passed away on January 26, 1996.
