HISTORY: Dwight Qawi was born on January 5, 1953 in Lindenwold, New Jersey. On December 19, 1981 he defeated Matthew Saad Muhammad to win the WBC Light Heavyweight Title. He won the WBA Cruiserweight Title on July 27, 1984 from Piet Crous. He retired after losing to Nate Miller on October 13, 1992 with a final record of 41-11-1 with 25 KO's.
