On November 9, 1951 at Madison Square Garden in New York heavyweights Coley Wallace and Aaron Wilson battled in a featured bout. Wallace won a unanimous ten round decision. Wilson was down for a five count in the last round. The bout had been filled as a replacement the day before, for a scheduled Roland LaStarza-Dan Bucceroni fight.
