On September 10, 1991 at the Blue Horizon in Philadelphia heavyweights "Terrible" Tim Witherspoon and Art Tucker headlined the boxing show. Witherspoon stopped Tucker in the 3rd round. For the USBA Heavyweight Title Tucker was down in round 3. According to Russell Peltz, who promoted the fight: "In all my years of promoting at the Blue Horizon (1969-2009), I believe this was the largest crowd in the building's history. You could not move inside the auditorium; it was packed like the proverbial sardines. It was a good thing the Fire Marshall wasn't there." Offered here is an original, on site poster for this event.
This is an original, cardboard, on site poster which pictures both fighters. Bold color and print. Bold, clear images. Clean front and back except for a light stain at top border. No tack holes. Not creased or torn. Minor corner wear. 22" x 28."
